Deprecation: Support for N, N-1, N-2 Gateways on EOL OS

OpsRamp will no longer provide technical support, security patches, or OS-level patches for gateways running on end-of-life (EOL) operating systems, even if the gateway application version is N, N-1, or N-2.
Upgrade the operating system to a supported version to remain eligible for support.

Deprecation: Support for Service Desk Settings

• Announcement Date: January 2026

Classic Service Desk Configuration and Automation will be deprecated and removed starting with the March 2026 release. Only V2 Service Desk Configuration and Automation will be supported, offering an enhanced user experience and improved functionality.
